Description
Balance is for tightrope walking, not video games.

This mod is the same as Madoka Magica Civilization Pack:Rebellion, but with all of the abilities of the uniques multiplied by 10. If used with Events and Decisions, all of the Decisions are ten times more powerful as well.

Intended for use with, and inspired by, JFD's Civ V Trait BalanceGoldPrime++!

It's blocked on purpose because this mod is 98% identical to the Rebellion Civilization Pack, and loading them both together would cause bad things to happen.

Are you talking about that unit portrait? She is one of the MGs from the Madoka Mobage. I figure that since they're so little-known, they make good stand-ins for the generic MGs which U. Madoka earns, without going to the extremes I have in WFTW.
