Description
Add Ar Cielian Empire, led by Ar Ru, in the game.

Huge credits to Medrex, for the images, speech and ideas for creation of this mod.

Unique Trait: Planet's Wrath
Free barracks in every city. Military unit maintenance costs are reduced by 30%

Unique Unit: Antibody (replace Longswordsman)
Cheaper to build, Ignores terrain, Provides culture bonus on kill. Can forces the enemy to withdraw if it receives more damage. Extra +2 moves.

Unique Building: Moocheriel (replace Armory)
+15 XP for all Units. Gives +2 food, +1 culture and +1 production in the city where it is builded.

Have you tested her attitude if your civ is playing against her. Like my other post about their backstabbing.
