How about a country that shouldn't even exist! Or maybe you just don't want to see the French dominate every game. In Shattered Europa almost every country that has cores in eu4 is free and playable insuring that every game will have different Major powers!

Compatibilities
- Compatible with any combination of DLC.
- This mod uses the special functions from every DLC, for the best experience one should have them all.
- The mod currently supports only the English language.
