Introduction and General Information
Perk decks are a new feature that replace the skill tier bonus system. A perk deck has active and passive bonuses that can apply to you and your crew. Note, bonuses do not stack.

Experience points gained after a completed heist translate to an amount of perk points that can be used to level up perks. Every 10 levels increases the ratio of experience points to perk points.

Conversion Rates by Player Level:
1 - 10: 100 experience to 1 perk point
11 - 20: 200 experience to 1 perk point
21 - 30: 300 experience to 1 perk point
31 - 40: 400 experience to 1 perk point
41 - 50: 500 experience to 1 perk point
51 - 60: 600 experience to 1 perk point
61 - 70: 700 experience to 1 perk point
71 - 80: 800 experience to 1 perk point
81 - 90: 900 experience to 1 perk point
91 - 100: 1000 experience to 1 perk point

You can pick one of the four perk decks to level. Your perk deck points will stay with you through your infamy levels. To gain a perk, click the plus icon on the perk deck you want to level up. Perk points can be re-invested if a deck is not fully unlocked.

Do Hitman and Crook still give 75% more ammo while the other perk decks only get 35% more?

I've been out of town for a bit, I'll see if Discord can update the guide with the new decks that have been added.

And yeah, concealment bonuses are bugged, I'm not even sure those armor bonuses work as well....

Oh thanks for the tip God Helix, I didn't figure this out, and I thought the system wasn't working, actually. Thanks.

However, what I would like to know is, does the aced "Fully Loaded" skill (increases ammo pickup to 175%) stack with the "Walk-in Closet" perk (increases ammo pickup by 135%).

I am assuming you guys figured this out already, but the armour bag requires you to wear the armour you want. For example, you bring the armour bag, and the Iron Man suit with you to a stealth heist. As long as you have the armour bag with you, you will be wearing nothing but a suit until you activate the bag, at which point you will put on the Iron Man suit. It's actually written in the description of the bag itself, but it fooled me at first, too, so I can't blame anyone.

The Muscle deck doesn't even give +5 concealment; it says it does, but it's actually +1. I tested it out.
Quidranae Oct 23, 2014 @ 7:12am
As of the Wick Update the 'Blending In' perk only grants +5% concealment to the Muscle Deck, all other recieve +1%.
