If you never succeed a Kerbin orbit, you will get tourist contracts that only wish to go to 70km above Kerbin;

Stack those contracts, propel 12 kerbals to Kerbin suborbital and then "land" them; Insane amount of fame and glory.

The best way to do it is to choose moons or other bodies without atmosphere.
That way you can do the "sience data from space around x" directly from the ladder of your lander. One vessel is able to comlplete all your contracts for thet specific body.

well since money isnt a problem if you got about 5 probes and lander to farm the "place flag on x" and "sience data from y" missions, ive choosen the strategies to gain as much rep as possible to compensate the continuing kerbal killing
