Remove Advanced Weaponry

Description
Remove the "Advance Weaponry" unit upgrade promotion from ancient ruins. This is the one that upgrades a warrior into a spearman and a scout into an archer. I mainly made this mod for my own personal use as I do not like that upgrade but since I made it I thought I would share.

I really like this mod, but it doesn't work with razing capitols.
