i was missing the chest with tita weapon, its on the 3rd floor, exit the elevator and go left to another elevator, its a monster chest. After that, put tita and equip each wepon at least once (the new and default)

I don't know if anyone else has this issue but I opened all the chests before the final boss and for the treasure chest its says I only opened 162/163 and the weapons are 54/56 even though I obtained all of them when exploring the final dungeon area.
