Information
Hello everyone

This is my very first weapon mod, and everything is made from scratch. This is more of a test to see if i could get through the entire process from 3D modeling to texturing to bringing it all into the game. I am fairly happy with the results so far and i will continue to work on it a little.

The weapon is a Barrett M82A2, some of you will recognize the name M82A1 aka M107. But the A2 variant was a prototype and meant to be a anti helicopter rifle. It never made it into full production but i found it an interesting weapon and therefore chose it for this project.

What it contains
The mod contains the M82A2 weapon and 4 different magazines/ammo types. All mags are 10 rounds and feature your standard ball ammo as well as Black, Blue and Silver Tip ammo.

Known Issues
- I have seen the weapon doing a bit of bouncing when you die and drop it on the ground, but im not sure if that was more a edge case or if it happens more often.
- The weapon does have physical geometry to it, so it can actually deflect a bullet if it hits the weapon and not the person holding it. I am not sure if i want to keep it like this or remove that.

Hey!, i wanted to make this mod but i couldnt figure out the whole process from 3D modeling up to arma 3, i tried looking in the internet for tutorials or guides but to no luck. i have a RPG-29 model, i dont know if its game ready or not, or how to import it to arma 3.
I would greatly apreciate if you can give me the resources you used to make this mod, or even better for me, be willing to teach me a bit.

I wasn't really planning on it to be honest. I'm currently working on a tank and after that i had my eyes set on making a Kriss Vector. But never say never... :steamhappy:

Sure, the class names are as follows. That said, just as a tip if you need this in the future. If you install ACE and use the ACE arsenal instead of the vanilla one, it will show you all the class names of any item under the actual name. :)
