Is there anything I can do to make this less op? I love the mod, but I don't like how we immediatly know every empire, can research everything immediatly and have unlimited resouce supplies. I like being powerful, but that's a little too much for me lol

Is this still backwards compatible with 3.11.3? Or am I too late to add this in?

Can you make a description of the mod, please? Not even the original have one, so I have absolutely no idea of what this mod even is.

This mod is, unfortunately, nonfunctional. I don't actually start with the technologies necessary to have an eternal economy. From what I can tell by looking in the files, it seems to be because the technologies in question have potentials that a new eternal empire doesn't meet, which causes the initializer event to fail to actually give the technologies. The result is that eternal empires are effectively kneecapped, as they are deprived of their own economy and have no way of producing cosmic matter, which means they're also deprived of their own military.

Not getting the base income from the colony designation of cosmic matter too.

Don't know if its a bad interaction with another mod or not but I can't get pops to take the Ascendant job and the only special building I can build is the ware synthesizer.
