Adds the Kulin Nation to the game as a playable civilization.

Leader: William Barak

UA: Wearers of the Walert-Gurn - Each city contains a free slot for a Great Work of Art. Recieve 1 extra Spy.

UU: Diorite Axeman - Replaces Warrior. Slightly stronger and can trade exotic goods once.

UB: Possum Cloak Maker - Replaces Artist's Guild. 5 can be built in the empire. Contains 1 Artist Specialist slot and provides +2 great person points to Great Artist generation. Provides 2 Possum Cloak resources.

YnAEMP compatiblility would be great. I don't like to include colonial nations and I haven't found any other aboriginal Australian mods so Australia is always barren. Everything works fine though. Fun civ.

I thought this one was gonna be OP because of being able to build five of the Artist's Guild replacements, but that turned out not to be the case. Since you can only build one in each city, you don't really wind up getting many more Great Artists than you usually would. The only thing that was a little OP about this civ was the fact that each Possum Cloak maker gave two of the luxury resource instead of one. Otherwise, this was a good, fairly balanced civ.

Super fun. Ironically the game I played agaisnt the other Australian aboriginal mod, the Colonial Australia and the various SE Asian and British civs degenerated into an all out war very quickly. Luckily I got a start position with Marble and 2 stone near two great spots with more stone. I just had that production edge that let me become a military superpower.
