unfortunatly you cant use the "Rest" animation while using these :(:(

I don't think the Inverse Kinematic rigs that Nelson relied on will let anything like leg/torso movement. Those "bones" might be reserved to hard-coded game animations that are linked to math like running and looking around while doing so. (This means if you look up and run, "bones" and the parent associated with such as the torso or legs are being controlled by math in the Unity engine to achieve the visual of your character looking up and running.)
P.s. Tis a pretty fun mod. I love just running around, head-first while T-posing into a deadzone or a Mega Zombie.

only hand animations are possible, unless i find something ultra-complicated to help with that

More! Try to add normal sit/lie animation please, and maybe sitting in japanese style (on knees with hands on them). Mod very good, can't realise why no one made it before.

or at least add the song "Erika" when the gesture is used
