Description
This is my ninth mod and best to date. It adds:

- Several new buildings, vendors, and a dock near Lakeview Manor
- A massive dungeon quest with an element of mystery
- A teleportation spell directly to Lakeview Manor
- Over fifteen unique weapons and items

==== Who should get this mod? =====

- People who live in Lakeview Manor
- People who would live in Lakeview Manor if they got a mod that made it awesomer
- People who want to play through a sprawling, creepy, semi-realistic dungeon and kill bad undead things
- People who want all sorts of epic new loot, particularly for a mid-high level character

But who shouldn't get this mod?

- People who don't have Hearthfire (derp)
- People who don't like mods

In addition to tons of new content, the mod incorporates elements from SEVEN of my other mods. That's good enough reason to get it right there if you ask me ;)

==== Buildings ====

The mod adds a smithy with a vendor and a full set of crafting equipment around it on the road between Lakeview Manor and the nearby Pinewatch. The blacksmith, Kyrth Stonearm, is a vendor for normal weapons and general items and sells two pieces of apparel with unique enchantments.

- The Ring of Unparalleled Sneaking - has an enchantment even higher than the Ring of Peerless Sneaking!

- The Coat of Transdimensional Storage - Boosts the player's carry capacity by 250. 'Nuff said.

Outside of the building you will find a shipment sent in from Cyrodill by expedited update shipping. Along with the shipment you'll find a new weapon, the Apprentice's Longbow, which is an inexpensive unique longbow with lower weight and 30% faster draw.

The other main building is an apothecary right next to the house on the cliff. The owner is Nibanil Draren, a Dark Elf with a skooma drinking problem, dedicated to the search of how to make a better skooma. Well, he succeeded. His signature drink is called Balmora Skooma Cocktail, and is a fierce mix of skooma, pure moon sugar, Surilie Bros Vintage, Balmora Blue, and the blood of a daedra. For those brave enough to take it the effects are:

- Restore 25 stamina
- Move at 150% speed for 15 seconds
- +10 Speechcraft for 30 seconds
- Take 50 points of damage

To get up to his house you simply activate the ladder that leads right next to your house and you'll go straight to the top. You can use any of the conveniences inside, including special storage for potions and ingredients. Even better than an alchemy tower add-on to the house!

==== The Crypt ====

Walking to the lovely necromancer's sacrificial stone right next door to your house, you will find a door in the cliff face that leads to an epic dungeon full of lost relics. Many years before, a powerful necromage made his home within the labyrinth and hid away the most powerful weapons in Skyrim to keep them from his enemies in the College of Winterhold. Before he died, however, he surrounded his possessions with dangerous undead servants to guard them until they met one with the strength of a dragon. The trials consist of the following:

- First, encounter scores of draugr that keep out any unwary adventurer

- Second, enter a terrifying arena with spiders (arachnophobics beware)

- Third, fight the spirits of ancient Nordic warriors long deceased

- Fourth, take on legions of the bones of the walking dead

- Finally, mount a hopeless assault on not one, but three Dragon Priests of each element

The rewards are well worth it, however. The weapons found include:

- The Akaviri Doom Hammer, an artifact that makes up for its slow attack speed with crushing power

- Mannimarco's Deathmaker, an ancient executioner's axe that traps souls from the vanquished

- The Akaviri Lightning Blade, a katana that attacks with the blazing speed of... something really fast

- The Insanity Warhammer, an artifact that... well... wouldn't want to spoil any surprises would we?

- The Fury of Sovngard, a sword like Dawnbreaker 'cept it doesn't suck

- The Vorpal Blade, a sword made of diamonds that steals the very life force from your foes

- The Twenty-Fifth Life. If you played the Artifacts of Akavir, you'll have the other twenty-four :)

In addition, there are additional unique artifacts to be found within the crypt. These include:

- The ArkenRock, a diamond so valuable you could buy several Breezehomes

- Teleport: Lakeview Manor Spellbook, which is essential to escaping the crypt, and fantastic for beating traffic home to your manor.

- The Draught of Rejuvenation, which restores all health, stamina, magicka, and diseases.

- The ArkenRing, a craftable ring with the most bling diamond. The diamond is so big it counts as armor, which has to break some kind of record.

If that wasn't enough already, you get a personal dock, fishing boat, and longboat out on Lake Ilinata. What's the use of living by a lake without a boat?

By this point you are probably sick of reading, but hold on a moment. The mod also includes a technological breakthrough apparently unprecedented in Skyrim history. That's right, the mod adds the first latrine in all of Tamriel. It was long overdue.

Finally, there is one last convenience for you in this mod. Aboard the longboat you will find a chest stocked with gold and loads of iron ingots needed to build homes in Hearthfire, be it Lakeview Manor if you have not built it yet, or any other house. Thank me when you aren't scrambling around trying to find ingots to make still more nails or iron fittings :)

==== Notes ====

- Shouldn't have any sort of compatibility or load order necessities, except interfering with other mods that change the area in the immediate vicinity of Lakeview.

- If the merchants aren't selling, wait or come back later. Normal shopkeepers have hours of 8:00 - 8:00, these guys run from 6:00 - 10:00 so you should easily catch them.

- "Is this mod OP?" That depends on your level and play style. For a high-level character, particularly if you use other mods, it is not overpowered at all. Most of the artifacts are a bit better than Daedric weapons or unique weapons that you would obtain as rewards for other quests. In addition, while I combined weapons from many of my other mods, they have been altered for ideal balance and are fairly equivalent, regardless of original stats.

Remember to give a thumbs up if you like this mod!

I gave this one a try, but I hated that the first building of the expansion is right in the middle of the path up to the house. I would never build a guest house in my driveway.

could you add this to bethesda.net please oh and add a spell book of fly through walls that is guarded by 6 UBER BOSSES and both the WORLD EATER and THE WHITE DRAGON ON TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN... though killing all 8 enemies wouldn't effect their real version counterparts please...

This mod,while interesting has many little flaws but the main one is that I built the house and hall turned around and it wasn't there. Creative but needs more tidying up and thought. Unsubscribing.
