It would always schizoid out my teammates because they've never heard it before. It brought the characters to life.
The worst part is that CS2 has radio wheel commands that are the same exact thing. But the base characters just say nothing in game. You need a special agent skin for them to say anything. And sometimes, even they have nothing to say.
