Unresponsive mouse issue FIX
By Ba[R]aD`
How to fix unresponsive mouse in-game.

I've had this issue when I first bought the game and after skipping the first cutscene the mouse wouldn't move,
After digging around I found broken links and disappointment, But when I did find the one that worked I thought I'd re-upload it to my own cloud and share it with everyone else.

Definatly recomend this fix for the loss of mouse funtion in game. DINPUT8.DLL as described in the above main post.

You can search for it on google, or better yet, place the name in the search field of this GTA forum and there are serveral posts telling you where to get it and how to simply install if you run in to issues.

I find rapidly pressing ESC and moving the mouse around eventually fixes it.
