Celtic Civilizations (Brave New World)

In 1 collection by Hiram
The Forgotten - The Other Civilizations
14 items
Description
Removes the Celtic civilization and adds the Irish, Welsh, Pictish, Cornish Iceni civilizations to the game. Requires Brave New World, Gods and Kings and the Denmark and Wonders of the Ancient World DLCs to play.

UB: Mên-an-Tol - Replaces Monument. Provides 2+ culture and 1+ science.
UB: Stannary - Replaces Forge. Does not require Iron. Provides +1 gold and 1 Tin resource. Provides +1 production from Copper resources in addition to Iron.

UU: Swift Chariot - Replaces Chariot Archer. A melee unit, the Swift Chariot is stronger, faster, more effective in flat terrain and can move after attacking.
UB: Silversmith - Replaces Mint. In addition to the functions of the Mint it also yields +2 culture.

UU: Kern - Replaces Longswordsman. A light infantry unit which is weaker than the Longswordsman, however it is much faster, cheaper, takes less damage from archers and is more effective against mounted units.
UB: Ceilidh Hall (from Celts)

UU: Cruithni - (Pictish Warrior, from Celts)
UB: Crannog - Replaces Harbor. Forms a Trade Route (City connection) with the Capital over water. Extends range for Sea trade routes from this city, and adds 2 gold when they connect to a civilization. Also provides +2 food and extra defensive strength to the city in which it is built.

UU: Welsh Longbowman - Replaces Crossbowman. The Welsh Longbowman is faster, ignores terrain cost and is more effective in rough terrain.
UB: Caer - Requires Walls. Unlike the castle it replaces it adds greater defensive strength to the city and contains a slot for a Great Work of Art.

Where's Scotland? Where's Gaul? You can find them (along with several other interesting civs) in these fantastic civ packs made by LastSword or the Gaul and Scotland civs made by the More Civilizations team.

Just subscribed to this, any idea why Cornwall is showing incorrectly?
This displays like this in the civ selection and in game.

Hello!
I would like to request permission to use your mod for a scenario I am making for Britania. Credit will be given of course. Thoughts?

Hello,

Being myself Britton and therefore celt (and definitely not french, unlike some would say), I added Brittany to this mod and wanted to know if I could upload your mod + Brittany.
Otherwise, terrific mod!

Great mod, but needs a couple of very minor tweaks.
Welsh Longbowmen were historically called Saethwyrs, in case you need a more specific name.
And perhaps call Boudicca's bonus "Razing of Camulodunum", as "Boudicca's Uprising" lacks a certain something.

I can't get this to work. I have all the required dlc, and the mod is enabled. It's just not showing up in the civ list. (The default celt civ is.) Is this mod up to date? Is there something I should be doing to get this to work?
