This legit gave me the heeby-jeebies, as I am scared of heights. I ended up using none of the buttons- it's possible to airstrafe from the initial launchpad to the the segment by the wall, then I portaled up to the lightbridge. Then I just walked across to the exit and put a portal to the laser. What does the button in the far corner even do? I skipped that part - I dropped the sphere onto it but it kept bouncing out.

Loved the feeling of crossing a huge abyss on a light-ribbon, one false step or portal placement and it's a long way down...
