There is no predetermined link between women's faces and voices.
The female units of this mod have a script-forced high pitched male voice to simulate a female voice. (created by Maxjoiner)
Some are more like a small man's voice than a woman's, but it's the best we can do with the vanilla voices.
You can configure a player with a face and "female voice" in the user profile by following these instructions. (see help image)

1. Make sure you have TCGM_Girls mod loaded.
   
2. Click on the small image of the gray avatar on top right corner.
   
3. Click on your name.
   
4. Click on “NEW” button.
   
5. On "PLAYER NAME" Write a name for your female character.
   
6. Select on "FACE" the female character you prefer.
   
7. Raise "PITCH" to the maximum.
   
8. Select on "SPEAKER" a Type of voice that looks like a woman.
   
9. Press the "APPLY" button.
   
10. Press the "OK" button.

DONE. Now you have a new user with female face.

1. Add more characters.
   
2. Improve the texture and shape of faces and uniforms.
   
3. Add more suits and uniforms from other factions.

I have developed my models to be compatible with existing vanilla accessories and as many equipment mods as possible, so that no developer has to create content especially compatible with my models and that any content compatible with vanilla models is automatically compatible with mine. That is why the basic shape of my models is limited by backpack straps, vests, berets and glasses. All the accessories in the game are designed for the figure of a man and for my model to retain feminine forms, but not go out of the space occupied by the male soldiers in the game. Some vests or backpacks may not fit as well.
It is very difficult to make compatible all the mods of uniforms and female heads that can be found in the Workshop, since each author has their own standards. As of version 1.50.0 I have decided not to continue trying to make my mod compatible with others, since I could see how that was taking away the quality of my content. If someone requires compatibility between this mod and some other, I might consider uploading a new one with some specific compatibility.

-Malicious or repeated messages will be deleted.
-This mod does not include vanilla content from the game.
-It is forbidden to copy part or all of the content of my mods and reupload them as part of another mod.
-My mods can be used on any server, as long as all clients subscribe directly to the pages of my publications.
-You can make a mod where you add new textures made by yourself for my uniforms, as long as you put my mod in the list of required mods for yours. But remember that you are not allowed to use any file from my mod and re-upload it as part of yours.
