100% Achievement Guide

Note

This game uses your computer time, DONT CHANGE IT (WHILE INGAME; needs more confirmation, "DreamerDream" tested it so you CAN change the time while the game is closed) you wont get the Achievement #honest! instead go here: http://stardate.org/nightsky/moon to figure out when you can enter which dream. Take it slowly and dont cheat!

You will receive the achievements by entering the menu again.

Session 1

We Got the Megatome
Retrieve the burdensome book of sinister sworcery from the darkness beneath Mingi Taw.
➡ Receive the Megatome in Migni Taw. Story related.

Session 2

The Mushroom Kingdom
Experience the strange insight offered by a divinatory mushroom.
➡ Pick up a mushroom and consume it.

The Ballad of the Space Babies
Summon a slumbering sylvan sprite & send it skyward.
➡ Find one of the Sylvan Sprites. Story related.

The Gold Trigon
Tame the cosmic geometry of The Gold Trigon in a sunlit meadow where angry bird sculptures loom.
➡ Defeat the golden Trigon. Story related.

Session 3

Monster Hunter
Find & somehow slay at least 7 lagomorphs, you jerk.
➡ Kill 7 rabbits by entering the sworcery mode and click & hold on a rabbit until it splits.

It has been said that something lurks within the White Stag of Scythia, wherever/whenever/whatever that might be.
➡ Enter the dream world during the dark moon and go to the well on the left side of the cabin. Eat a mushroom and enter the well. Go down the stairs and to the right to find the statue, which you now have to hit with your sword.

The Dark Moon Trigon
Despite everything, tame the Dark Moon Trigon in a rain-soaked forest during a storm of thunder & lightning.
➡ Defeat the dark moon trigon in the dream world during the dark moon. Story related.

The Grizzled Bear
Feel free to take this opportunity to secretly self-identify as a principled, loving individual or a violent psychopath.
➡ Enter the dream world during any not full moon phase, follow Boor and defeat him.

The Moon Grotto
Use the Grizzled Boor's key to open the locked door to you-know-where.
➡ Pick up the key he drops and return to the waking world. Find a hidden path to the south (scree before the Migni Taw entrance) and unlock the door.

The Bright Moon Trigon
Be awesome, get the Bright Moon Trigon from beneath an impossible island in the centre of a placid lake.
➡ Defeat the Bright Moon Trigon in the dream world during the bright moon. Story related.

Assemble The Trigon Trifecta
Complete the three trigons in The Dark Moon Rock Show.
➡ Assemble the Trigon during the rock concert. Story related.

Session 4

Now We Are Cosmic Friends Foreverver
Upload the Megatome at the summit of Mingi Taw & complete the Scythian's woeful errand.
➡ Beat the Game. Story related.

#Honest
Complete the Scythian's woeful errand without cheating.
➡ Beat the game without changing your computer's date or time.

Cheating Cheater
Adjust your computer's date/time settings to access other moon phases & thus feel profound shame.
➡ Load up your cleared file from the main menu, then minmize the game and change the date on your computer's clock. Return to the game and wait a minute (or quit to the main menu).

More than one year later but using the Logfella's cave to change the Moon Phase doesn't trigger the Cheating Cheater achievement. Only changing the date does this. You can use the cave, then finish the game and the #Honest achievement will pop.

Can you avoid popping Cheating Cheater by using Moon Grove to change Moon phase. I want to get #Honest first then do Cheating Cheater.

This isn't very important, but you can get the rabbit killing achievement during the second session.

Hmm, I got the cheating cheater as well, I've quit the game in the dream world to set the date for the dark moon, finished the well, quit the game got the "#moar" achievement, set the date back and the achievement popped when I've quit to get "The Grizzled Bear" achievement.
I guess i will have to restart the game.

@DreamerDream: I actually found it otherwise: I just got the cheating-achievement without changing the date while playing. I were in the dreamworld to begin with, maybe that was the problem?

Checked. You don't get Cheating Cheater if you change time when game is closed. Game don't see it even if you will change year to 2012 :) Changing back to 2014 during playing the game gave me this achievement. Then it means that you don't have to wait for specific moon phase or going every time to The Moon Grotto.

You will get Cheating Cheater even if you change time when you don't play the game? I mean if you will change time and after that you start the game you will get that? Or only when you change it during minimized game?
