<EMAIL>
Hi,
I sincerely apologize for the long delay. This is no excuse, but to explain, your false positive was already discovered back in January together with 5 others and they were lifted. Due to an accident yours was not removed from the list for some reason.
Again, I'm really sorry, I hope you can forgive us.
Regards,
Bastian Suter

The ban was removed after 6months of complaining and Bastion Suter apologized for the oversight.
I wouldn't want anyone to be banned, so if you don't need battleye, don't use it is my advice on a server where you aren't allowing unknown players in anyway.
I will change the description though, as I was under the impression at the time that my maps had gotten me banned, not a glitch in battleye.
