Great Musicians of Classic Rock '50s-'70s [BNW]

Description
Note: this mod does not contain copyrighted audio files, but is set up to allow you to add your own, legally-owned music files to the mod easily.
To do this, navigate to the mod folder (My Documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization 5/MODS), open the folder for this mod, then open the Sound folder. There are several placeholder, silent sound files which are accordingly named to each Great Work. Simply overwrite these files with your own audio files to replace them. Please note that the filenames must match the old ones exactly, and are case-sensitive.

Adds 30 Great Musicians to the game based on classic rock bands and solo rock acts from the 1950s-1970s.

The names of the Great Musicians, by default, are the names of entire bands, unless the singer was known for being a solo artist. I have included an optional file inside the mod to change the Great Musician names to a single, prominent member of each band, if you prefer to keep the single-person naming conventions of Great People. To use this optional file, navigate to the mod folder (My Documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization 5/MODS), open the folder for this mod, then open the ''Optional Single Band Member Names'' folder. Copy the file within to the root of this mod's folder, and overwrite when prompted.

If you wish to suggest additional artists to include, please ensure that the artist or band you suggest was one which rose to popularity in the '50s - '70s. I will be more likely to add an artist if multiple users recommend said artist. If this mod is successful, I will consider doing another set for the '80s and '90s.

Also, before you could be held accountable, a copyright holders attorney would have send you a "cease and desist" letter informing you that you have fringed on copyrighted material. If you subsequently take down the material after receiving such a letter it is even less likely that you could be in any legal trouble. Also, bear in mind that the letter and the court proceedings are very costly ventures that copyright holders are unlikely to pursue given your brief, not-for-profit, and very low visibility use of said work.

Not sure if you are aware, but you could feasibly include a short sound bite and cite "Fair Use" laws if anyone ever had a problem with it. Fair Use laws, basically allow someone to utilize a portion of a copyrighted work in order to make comments and criticisms (and parodies) of the original work. Their are several factors that are used to determine whether a use is included under "Fair Use" protection such as are you using the sound bite to profit yourself, and is your use likely to deprive the copyright holder of the income they entitled to from the piece. Neither are very likely in this instance.
