[SP] Sniper extraction

Description
Hq ordered you to take down a High Value Target. You need to get in and take him out from a save distance. After completing your assignment you get to the extraction chopper and extract safe.

There is absolutely nothing that could go wrong, is there?

Going in head first is always a possibility, but being there with just your spotter is not going to be easy. Make sure you keep your distance and you will survive.

V1.04.1

- Put the player back at the right place so that you begin were you should.
(after editing and testing I forgot the put the player back :p )

V1.04

- Added some more random walking squads, making stealth a more importend role in the first halve of the mission.

v1.03

- Changed some markers in the map that were in the wrong location.
- Extraction helo now waits for you and does not hover without any action on the LZ.
- HVT now actually ends his meeting.

This scenario is not being updated anymore since 2013. High chance the many updates from the game broke some parts of it.. I am also not planning on updating it anymore because I have since left the game. If you really want to try the scenario, you might have to change some stuff in the editor. Kind regards

I like this mission but the HVT never arrives. I've been waiting almost an hour and nothing happens. I mean, yeah - very realistic - but pretty much unplayable, sorry.

Ow wow, Kind of forgot about this mission.
Probably broken because of the many updates the game received since I uploaded this.

About your teammate shooting, maybe tell him to Hold his Fire?

@Big Jazz, walking long distances., that's what snipers do :) much closer to the AO would up the chance of detection. Being a sniper also means lots and lots of patience.

when the birds arrive they appear and disappear. I cant play with them. The chopper dont pick me up too. But all the rest of this mission are very good. Thanks

The chopper didn't pick me up, its just flying around shooting enemies. I have waited at the extractionpoint for a long time and it never lands.

i tried to run as quick as possible, but my mates are slowlier so i have to stop and wait; this let my enemies arrive and start to shot at them, so i have to fight and i get sorrounded. i'll try another time because i want to end the mission!!!! and after all, you could have named your mission "run for your life" just as the beatles's song!!!
