Sorry for my bad english but I'm in the hurry and don't have time to check it.

You need to use x360ce
So it's funny because it's implated in the game already but for some reason it doesen't work.
Here is what you have to do
1.Go to http://code.google.com/p/x360ce/ and download x360ce
2.Unzip it
3.Plug in your pad
3.Run x360ce
4.yes,yes
5.you can search the internet for setting for your pad, but they migght be incorect, we will do it manualy pres cancel
6.Options tab check all dll, Enable Xinput, Int Beeb optional if you want to hear beep meaning that emulation works.Hook Mode Normal
7.Controler tab
8.Chose record next to Xbox 360 buttons and press the corresponding button at your pad. Do it for buttons, sticks etc.
9.If it sets y,x on stic worng change it manualy (from the list for examply try set oposite to what is set automaticially)
10.For vibration enable force feedback in force feedback tab
11. Save, and close program
12. Copy all files it creates

12.Paste them where game is instaled (default steam\steamapps\common\NARUTO SHIPPUDEN Ultimate Ninja STORM 3 Full Burst
As you can see those files are there already (game must be using this emulator xd) but for same reason it doesen't work
change all filles
13. Run the game, you can hear beep, game sees your pad as xbox pad :)

KNOWN ISSUES
-If vibration is chcecked game may run slower info by Kryze tank you!
Solution:
Uncheck vibration

-If you've configured two pads and plug in only one game may run slower
Solution:
Plug in two pads
or
Use two sets of x360ce files, one with configured one pad, one with two. You need to change them in game directory depend of need.

it worked only on x360ce 32bit as far as picking up that i used a different contorler but when ingame (in the free roam mode) the d-pad keys or the stick buttons don't do anything...only one button works and that is A(jump)

No, you are wrong, the game has xinput already because is the input Xbox controllers use, regular gamepads use other methods such as dinput; when you use x360ce you are converting your gamepad's input into Xbox ones (because almost all the games that are "gamepad compatible" are in reality Xbox controller compatible)
That's why you have to use this program and replace the original files, not because the game already has it but doesn't work
Also you can use this program on any game that supports Xbox controller :) if the game has a bin/binarie folder, those files go there :)

guys i realy dont understand. this update is for xbox or for pc ??? i have logitech controller and im realy dumb in computers all i want is to play , i use win 7 64 bit can any one make it simple for me ? i will realy be thankfull .

don't download the 64 bit version of x360ce cause it won't work with the game
