It's not that people's favorite civs aren't at the top what's wrong with this list. It's that he outright ignores some of the objectively best civs like Korea, Poland, Mayans and Arabia or underrates them pretty hard. He even writes off Camel Archer, which is arguably the best land unit, as just "a ranged knight".
