Wonders - Universities of The Ivy League (Brave New World)

This mod adds the eight Universities of the Ivy League as Wonders for your Civilization to pursue and build. Available with Scientific Theory.

The Ivy League is an athletic conference composed of sports teams from eight private institutions of higher education in the Northeastern United States. The conference name is also commonly used to refer to those eight schools as a group. The eight institutions are Brown University, Columbia University, Cornell University, Dartmouth College, Harvard University, Princeton University, the University of Pennsylvania, and Yale University. The term Ivy League also has connotations of academic excellence, selectivity in admissions, and social elitism.

Requires Brave New World.

I love this mod. I would love to reiterate what some others have said though: that a parallel mod to represent military schools (West Point, Annapolis, Marion, so forth) would be sweet too.

you should make a new wonder mod that adds something like military schools like west point and others that would be cool.

You should add other "Smart People" universities, like Stanford. You could also add lots of other major ones, like Syracuse, Kansas, Duke, North Carolina, UCLA, etc.

Hey, what about Duke and the very first state university, UNC-Chapel Hill? Maybe we need to take the top N (N being arbitrary) colleges and universities and make them national wonders. They could even produce more or less culture/science/faith/great people points based on what they do best! They'd have to be expensive, too, to reflect the cost of thier endowments. Also, we'd need more than just USofA institutions. This is, after all, an international crowd...

I've found a bug (not sure if this was the place you wanted it). If you have a university built in a city with jungles hexes before building Harvard then after you build it they appear to lose the benefits of said the university building (+2 science on jungles, +33% to total science). Every city built after with jungle spaces works normally. Only the cities with university built before Harvard are affected.
