Description
Make all 43 civs more interesting and balanced (I hope this is balanced). Some of the new things in this mod is, America and Songhai get special bonuses near rivers, Ethiopia gets reduced social policy cost,.etc.

Installation: 13 files total

1. Subscribe and download this.
2. Remember to back up the files with the same name in your game!!!!!

3. Put civ5traits.xml, civ5traits_expansion2.xml, civ5traits_inherited_expansion2.xml into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\sid meier's civilization v\assets\DLC\Expansion2\Gameplay\XML\Civilizations

4. Put civ5traits_expansion.xml to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\sid meier's civilization v\assets\DLC\Expansion\Gameplay\XML\Civilizations

5. Put civ5traits_mongol.xml into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\sid meier's civilization v\assets\DLC\DLC_01\Gameplay\XML

6. Put civ5traits_dlc_2.xml into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\sid meier's civilization v\assets\DLC\DLC_02\Gameplay\XML

7. Put civ5traits_denmark into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\sid meier's civilization v\assets\DLC\DLC_04\Gameplay\XML

-EVERYTHING IS BELOW IS JUST TEXT FILES, NOT ABILITIES CHANGES

8. Put civ5gametextinfos_jon_inherited_expansion2.xml, CIV5GameTextInfos_Traits_Expansion2.xml, CIV5GameTextInfos_Traits_Inherited_Expansion2.xml into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\sid meier's civilization v\assets\DLC\Expansion2\Gameplay\XML\Text\en_US

9. Put civ5gametextinfos_mongol.xml into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\sid meier's civilization v\assets\DLC\DLC_01\Gameplay\XML\Text\en_US

10. Put CIV5GameTextInfos_DLC_02.xml into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\sid meier's civilization v\assets\DLC\DLC_02\Gameplay\XML\Text\en_US

11. Put CIV5GameTextInfos_Denmark.xml into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\sid meier's civilization v\assets\DLC\DLC_04\Gameplay\XML\Text\en_US


v.4 update:
-Aztec now get bonus Faith when kill enemy units.
-Inca ranged units get 15% bonus damage vs. enemies in rough terrains
-India now has decrease in unhappiness for both city and citizen but the effects are lower. Improvement rate reduce to only 50% faster.
-Poland gets the 10% experience which was previously on Japan. Took out the bonus near Forts.

Hi skaz88, i just wanted to say that your mod doesn't work at all. I deactivated ALL mods exept your "Enhanced BNW Traits" and still no chages to gameplay for all civs (I tested 6 of them). Any ideas?

btw descriptions to all civs works fine.

I also tried to make these UA's intergrate somewhat to the TSL earth map.

I do want to change Songhai though, I'm not sure what but I'm considering a production boost from flood plains.

I'm working on turning this into a real mod. Do you mind if I post this on Civfanatics when I'm don (giving credit to you as the original author, though I plan on adding a few tweaks myself)?
