Quick Reflexes bug fix

Description
Things that have been fixed:

The blocking perk Quick Reflexes is no longer bugged to make the slow time effect last forever, it will now last 1.5 seconds every time.

The blocking perk Shield Wall now displays the correct percentage of block improvement, the values themselves were not changed, just the description.

The heavy armor perk Matching set now affects Ebony Armor correctly.

The light armor perk Deft Movement's description has been changed to show that all physical damage can be "dodged" not just melee attacks. No in-game values were changed, just the description.

I uploaded this almost 4 years ago, and I don't mod or even play Skyrim anymore. If you are having problems with this mod try searching for a different solution on Nexus. However, if I load Skyrim with only the official DLC, unofficial patches, and this mod, the bug is fixed still.

This bug fix doesn't work at all, I'm sorry to say. However, Quick Reflexes has finally been fixed on the Nexus:

lol, I don't know what to say to ppl that have problems with this. I had a save in front of mamoths and could replicate bug 100/100 tries, Fixing it was as simple as clicking subscribe to this, tried replicate bug 3 times, don't need to test any more, thanks for the fix xD

If for some reason it's stopped working for you or it never worked in the first place, this command should do the trick: player.dispel d8c31

Thank you! Was stuck with a save right before fight where this glitch happened 100% of the time, and this seems to have done the trick! Have you thought about uploading this to Nexus? I couldn't find anything like this over there and a lot of people who don't like to use to use Steam to mod Skyrim would probably love to have this.
