A tip 10 years too late: Hit up the InterNIC, you can add connections from there. The more bounced connections you have in one connection, the longer it takes for the admins to trace your IP. Thankfully, vanilla Uplink doesn't kill your download/upload speed by having so many bounced connections, so plug away!
