Shield for The Mitigator pack, its intended to go into the primary weapon slot.
Boots and knee pads are miscellaneous items. Comes with two models, with mine and without, the mine jiggles.

Gameplay mechanics suggestions:

On Charge mine explodes.
On Charge and after drinking the nitro ("The Scottish Firecracker") increases shield impact damage and eventually the demoman dies too.

These are just sugestions, Valve decides of gameplay mechanics and stats.
