Description
Adds the Flying City of Columbia from Bioshock Infinite to the game as a playable civ under the rule of Father Comstock.

Requires Gods and Kings and/or Brave New World. There will not be a Vanilla version.

UA: Another Ark for Another Time: Earn faith from kills. Gun units can paradrop and air units earn promotions in half the time.

*Melee units that are upgraded into Gun units will can not paradrop due to a bug. Gun units received through any other means can paradrop.

UU: Motorized Patriot: Replaces the Machine Gun. Discovered at Replaceable Parts. +1 movement, but it doesn't recieve defensive bonuses.

UU: Assault Zeppelin: Replaces the Carrier. Slower, but moves over both land and sea unimpeded. Acts like a modern battering ram dealing significant damage to cities and only cities, however, it cannot capture a city alone. Is resistant to land units, but is vulnerable to fighters and anti air units. +33% more expensive and requires 2 Coal instead of oil. Built at Ballistics.

Comstock is a belligerent leader quick to declare war and unconcerned with making friends. He focuses primarily on matters religious and has a high air flavour. He builds slightly to the tall side.

****IMPORTANT****
This mod modifies all Helicopter class units by removing the embarkation promotion and granting the all terrain movement promotion instead. This should allow all Helicopter Type units to move over water rather than embarking. This may lead to problems with other mods that add Helicopter units so please report any such issues.

Helicopters also no longer take damage from ending their turn on a mountain and gunships no longer suffer a penalty while attacking over rivers. I've rebalanced the vanilla Gunship by reducing its movement by -1 and increasing its cost slightly (+15%).

While I know that Helicopters can not actually fly over oceans, I consider it equally absurd that they should be unable to cross water at all. And last time I checked they could not fly indefinately over land either nor could a ship be at sea for 600 years without resupplying.

Art assets in this mod are taken from screenshots and promotional materials and are the property of their respective artists. Civilopedia entries are also largely taken from http://bioshock.wikia.com.

Critical feedback and Balance concerns are welcome as always. In particular I'd love feedback on how the AI uses modern infantry now that they can paradrop and how well Comstock utilizes the Assault Zeppelin, I have the zeppelin's ai set to city attack by default so I'm unsure of how well it uses the zeppelin as a carrier.

Remember that updates will break saved games so I recommend finishing any ongoing games before updating to a newer version. As always, enjoy.

You should add a feature to the attack zeppelin where motorized patriots can travel with it and not use movement. Or find a way to put them inside the zeppelin like air units can.

So I've downloaded and redownloaded this mod, and the music doesn't seem to work, even though the update notes say there's music in it. Is it a bug, or just me?

A really cool idea would be that you could only be able to have one city (Columbia), and border expansion happens at half the normal rate, but it can move anywhere on the map, for a cost of either production, food or gold.
