UA Tannenboom!: Snow terrain now provides +2 food and +1 production. In addition, Robin can build Farms on Snow and Tundra regardless of fresh water access. All units recieve a 25% combat modifier when defending.

UU Festive Warrior: Slightly stronger than the Swordsman, which it replaces. Does not require Iron to produce. 40% combat bonus in snow and heals adjacent allies for +5 hp every turn.

UB Gift Workshop: Same bonuses as the regular Workshop, but also provides +2 happiness!

Full credits to the snow start lua to the original Inuit mod.

doesn't even shup up in the mods folder when I click subscribe and when I download, and extract the files manually then it shows up in the mods in game, but doesn't show up as a playable civ.

The single file is a .civ5mod file.

Open it with your extracting tool of choice (winrar, 7zip, etc.) and extract its contents to a folder you made for the mod inside of the civ V MODS folder.

For this mod, and some others, it is downloaded as a single file, rather than a folder. With it being a single file, I cannot run it, is there any way to fix this?

Sure!

Just have to open the .civ5mod file with an extractor of sorts and put it into its own folder in the civ V mods folder.

.... but it's a bit overpowered isn't it? 65% strength on snow when defending? and 5 heal? you could surround a city and just outheal its damage by fortifying with a bunch of swordsmen that for some reason don't need steel and will beat out any civ that doesn't have something STRONGER than swordsmen OR a shitload of iron and somehow stronger swordsmen.
