How to use The Creator, a tool which allows players to create levels for Inertia without downloading any third party engines or plugins, export them and distribute them via the Steam Workshop.

Adding structure, objects and elements
Spawning Objects
The initial UI is easy to navigate around, simply click the 'Spawn Objects' button to bring up a sub-menu which includes everything you're currently able to spawn into your world. Click any of the buttons found in the sub-menu, and the object will be spawned into your level.

Modifying Parameters
Spawning in an object will also automatically open it's details tab, each object has a variety of parameters to adjust which will allow your level to look and play differently.
Saving/loading/playing your level
Saving/loading
Click 'Save/Load', enter the name you wish for your level to have and then click 'Save' or 'Load'.

Playing
As soon as your level has been saved it's playable through the main menu.

Click on Play and then go to the UGC maps, your newly saved level will be in here and ready to play
From Creator to Steam Workshop
PLEASE NOTE: You must accept the workshop agreement before uploading to the workshop.

1) Click 'Workshop' in the top right hand corner of the Creator UI.

2) Click 'Create New Item', this will create a new workshop item for you on Steam and then close the workshop UI.

3) Go to your workshop submissions, navigate to your new Inertia workshop item and then copy the ID from the URL.

4) Click 'Workshop' in the top right corner of the Creator UI again, paste the ID into 'Existing Workshop ID' and fill out a title, description and specify the level you wish to upload to the workshop. If you are also uploading a preview image, use the full path to the image, including it's extension. (For example: D:\ImageName.png)

5) Click 'Update Existing Item', this will then upload the level to the workshop and update your title and description.
