I met the same problem since you posted that a very long time. Have you figured it out?

This will make parts vanish and not to load in game. When your creating objects, you must be sure to re-use or rename parts as not to brake the game/object.

Sorryn I can find the pillar2 and over in find it,but they disappear on bridge pillar.
At least pillar is pillar 1 .

このアセットは建物です。Network Skinsを入れれば道路を引くときの橋脚を変えられます。

propのどこにも、橋脚が表示されません

Network Skins 2 (not 1) now supports mukltiple pillars in a package. sorry that it took so long!
