So it will apply to any HE faction I play as, good to know. Thanks for responding, now I can try out the new HE campaign I've been wanting to try out.

Apologies for some reason I was unsubscribed from this thread so could not respond.

@Strider009 Only the pictures of the definitive version are out of date. Unless you apply a silver mod it will be gold by default and changes will apply to all high elf factions. Best is subjective. Check collection for any individual changes you want. All the screens for those are accurate.
