About this mod

Hey everyone. It's time to presend you the white Guard of the Roman Emperor!
This mod consists of four new Roman units:

Legionaries of the Emperor's Guard (army)
Praetorians of the Emperor's Guard (army)
Praetorians of the Emperor's Guard (infantry bodyguard)
The Emperor's Guard (cavalry bodyguard)

Only the best of the best Roman soldiers serve in the Emperor's Guard. This means they are very expensive but it's worth to pay for them because they really boost up your army strength.

Short information:
  • late-game-units, late military tech needed
  • army troups recruitable in barracks lvl 4 (legionaries) or city lvl 4 (praetorians)
  • cities and towns lvl 4 will have one praetorian or legionary guard as garrison
  • most expensive Roman infantry, 2-3 rounds for recruitment needed
  • low unit cap: 2/4 in each army

The mod only adds units to the game and doesn't change any existing data. Units are available for main campaign and custom battles.

You can use this mod for Grand Campaign, Imperator Augustus and Caesar in Gaul.

If you like these units or the idea of the mod I'd suggest to give it a thumb up ;)

I don't know about that "launcher release candidae" stuff in Steam beta but i'll try the mod out again. Imma keep you updated

Maybe I found out what caused the issue. Can you try it again?

I will look into it. Are you using the new launcher? If yes, does it work if you switch back to the old one using "launcher release candidate" in steam beta options?

Since there's no bug-report section, imma say it here. So the mod doesn't work after an update. I tried finding the incompatibility from my other mods, no luck. Tried it out with this mod alone, still nothing. It would seem there's something bugging the game(or the mod) for it to not appear in Grand Campaign. It does work in Custom Battle tho

extra note: I also posted this on the no unit cap one
