I'm not sure I'm seeing miltiple blurry spots in the actual video, not in the YouTube video. YouTube does all sorts of nasty stuff to video resolution. In teh actual video, there is one spot where the video blus a little if you're looking closely. That's where it loops back onto itself. If I don't put some kind of tansition in there, it is a very abrupt skip in motion when the video starts over.

There are a couple spot I see where the light dims and brightens again. This video was editted from a game, and those spots are where a cloud has moved in front of the sun.

This would be really nice but something with the keyframing is off, the video keeps getting blurry and then fixes itself every 2 seconds.
