honestly dont rush, it really is a bad idea.
Even if someone stole ''your'' idea you can make it even better then theirs.

Try out stuff with the skins. Honestly the alangosaurus is really not the best. Don't add them just yet, and dont start working on other dinos yet. Work on each dino at a time so each of your creatures can be more unique from the others and they will look better.

I'm just gonna jump in here cause some people in here are quite rude.
Simply saying that his skin is shitty is just plain rude. He uses the resources he has to the best of his ability. He probably doesn't use photoshop because of money purposes, so he's working with what he has/can afford.
You wouldn't expect everyone to make their own creature models straight outta Zbrush (which costs nearly $900) and animate it in Maya (also costs money) would you?
I'm not stating that his skin is the greatest thing ever. I do think that he should take the time to work on them more.
@Jordan I understand you rush so no one can steal your ideas. But to be quite fair, you can't really stop anyone else if they do it too. The only way you can be on top is if you make the better quality stuff.

I don't wanna be incredibly rude but that Alangosaurus skin is BAD. Like, very VERY bad. It has no detail, no effort. I doubt it took more than 15 minutes to make.It looks like a 7 year old made it. Are you a 7 year old? No? Then stop being so impatient, take some time to learn and refine, make a better skin, and don't do mods until you're ready.

have you actually thought about sending the models to someone so they can skin it?

I don't know how to texture good my friends all use photoshop I use gimp
