UU Tier Patch: 6

Requires Upgraded Upgrades!

This addon mod reverts the target level of the Weapon Upgrade Anvil back down to 6. This addon is for folks who think tier 6 is already strong enough, but still want procedural and non-legendary items to be upgradeable.

Items that have already been upgraded at the Weapon Upgrade Anvil before this patch is installed will remain at the level they are at.

If multiple tier patches are installed, the highest-tier one will take precedence.
