Binary Labs is a series of single room test chambers as opposed to large, multi-chambered puzzles. So the focus is on the puzzles as opposed to navigation. Enjoy!

Yeah; did it twice after getting trapped also... I'd downvote, but the rest of it is good! Not sure what triggers the wall reset, but perhaps link the "retract" action to the same button that controls the blue goo; that way, if you're back there, you can press a button to retract the panels (or, just add another button that you can't survive to unless you emancipate the turrets first).

I believe there's a bug with the autosaving that resets certain puzzle pieces if you load an autosave. I wish I could fix it, but I cannot. Sorry if it caused you problems.

I got trapped in the cube room too. Spent a good deal of time thinking there was some something I was missing before coming here to check the comments.
As it seems the rest of the map would be dead simple (bring the cube up to the button, portal the laser and walk out), I'm skipping the rest of it and downvoting due to the wall glitch.
Maybe you don't have access to the Portal source code to fix it, but there are hundreds of maps that don't lock players in a room and waste their time, Portal source code or not..

I like bouncing turrets as much as the next person, but... Almost always turrets are very easy to beat and more of an entertainment. I thought the second set of turrets would be a challenge, until I noticed the light barrier just waiting to protect me. So I made it harder than necessary by figuring out how to survive those turrets without the light barrier. Then made them bounce all over the map as a reward!
