Description
We all remember the 'Eerie Orbiting Fire' halloween unusual effect, and it was very popular, eerily popular I could say. Well here is my rendition of it, similar to 'Scorching Flames' or 'Burning Flames', but eerier.
NOTE: Picture on scout is just an example of what it could look like on an actual hat, refer to video and other picture for actual effect.
