Adds a Manhattan building theme. You will find it in the 'Themes' policy tab.

This theme only contains High-density residential buildings. Nothing will grow in industrial/office/low-density zones with this theme enabled!

Level 1 is released

This mod does not contain the building models! Subscribe to my collection to get the required assets:

well I mean Capitan Boricua it is a Building theme; it replaces vanilla high density buildings, and that includes Vanilla High Density Residential.

@Feindbild How does it work actually? Do we need to subscribe to the Manhattan Collection too or just the building theme for Manhattan?

Hey I'm noticing that this mod has stopped spawning office and retail buildings? Any time I try to place office buldings too it automatically demolishes them.

@sabayobiboy use Building Themes... Your buildings are probably not loaded, you can load them manually with Building Themes.

I AM ANNOYED , I cant find the buildings anywhere even in find it and "building Themes" wont even do it correctly. Why WONT THEY SHOW UP ANYWHERE IN THE GAME >C:C:CCCC:C:C:C:C>:C
