Gameplay is decent, ran amazingly well on Linux too until they dropped support. At least they gave a refund.

Mark of the Ninja is a really fun stealth platformer, well worth the price (especially if you get it on sale with the DLC). The game makes use of lighting and sound in really neat ways, like allowing to listen to footsteps of enemies who are beyond your field of view or a mechanic where you must avoid being detected in the dark during random flashes of lightning. The levels have branching paths and various secrets to uncover so you always have more than one approach to beat the level.
The DLC isn't really worth the price unless you get it on sale since it only contains one extra level, one new playable character and developer commentary in the form of notes. The new playable character acts as the game's 'hard mode' by lacking some of the main ninja's special abilities which helps the game's replayability.

If you like stealth games, get it, but hold off buying the DLC until it goes on sale.
