The combat is amazing, even V has his moments thanks to how flashy it is. Nero is a blast too play and feels more balanced than in 4 thanks to the lack of infinite buster arm. Dante is just as fun as always with a new kit full of legacy and new moves, full of satisfying movement and combat like always.

DMC 1 is a classic, it holds up decently well control wise. It's only problem is really the sub-par early ps2 camera angles. The soundtrack is phenomenal as well. DMC 2 is very poor, it has a lot of good concepts, but are executed poorly and the bosses and story suck, Dante is also just an emotionless stick. DMC 3 is a masterpiece, the ost is phenomenal, the gameplay a banger, everything about it is great. 100% worth the purchase.
