I love watching my opponent draw half their deck on their turn, then say "no" in 16 different ways if I'm even thinking about setting up my board. I don't want to build meta trash, I want to build stupid silly decks and have long nail-biting duels that come down to the draw KONAMI.

If you can somehow drag your friends into playing this with you (like I have) then it's almost fun, otherwise lol, lmao.

10/10 Toon Deck sweeps (trust)

Definitely feels like it could be a solid game, I feel like a few adjustments to the movement and lock-on system, along with some combo synergy between the weapons (as far as the punching bag combos I tried out, nothing really seemed to mix into each other), this game is gonna be sweet.

I absolutely enjoy the visuals, along with the POTENTIAL of the combat system. Pummeling a big fella into a wall and just hammering them back-to-back for that meaty extra damage is really fun and feels good. Punishing a stunned enemy? Perfection in terms of how revved up that big swing is.

All it really needs is a little bit of WD-40 on that movement system and maybe line up a few synergies with melee/ranged (since I did notice that the charm does combo well into melee, which was great to find).

Excited to see what this game'll be like when those patches hit, appreciate you all for being so attentive to your community.

I got this game four days ago. My life is in shambles.

Once I got my PC last summer of 2020, I immediately went to get this off steam just because it's renowned as that "must-have" for PC gaming. I played it for like 20 minutes, excited and I was absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ confused. Everything in the game happens so fast, this flies there, someone shoots that, and now you're dead because a little french man shoved a toothpick up your ass. It was frustrating and confusing, made my little monkey brain hurt.
I inevitably dropped the game about 2 hrs in, and decided to go play some other games instead. Around November, I started to get curious about the game again. I began watching youtube videos of other youtubers playing it (Mr Paladin is my all-time favorite so far), along with learning each individual class on my own.
I initially thought that I wouldn't bother playing classes like Sniper, Engineer, or spy just because they seemed too complex at the time. But the longer I play this, the more my curiosity begins to tear at me.
I have never enjoyed playing a sniper class in any video games except this one, it is ultimately satisfying to just *click* on heads and relax.
I love the challenge of having to flank around the enemy team as spy, dodging through the fire and flames of my enemies like pyro.
All the classes are unique in their own way and have so many things you need to learn in order to truly master the class and I find that beautiful and ultimately rewarding.
Despite all the bots, racist little wanking gremlins, and W+M1 Phlog pyros, I enjoy this game and will be playing it till it's lost to time itself. Here's to my soon-to-be 100 hours, and many more ladies and gentlemen.
