In don't post reviews often, but I believe PFG need to understand how badly they've messed up and if even one more review helps, I'll contribute.

The game in beta was a great experience with only some bugs, glitches and exploit combos that needed to be fixed. Somehow PFG has un-optimized the game (possibly due to upgrading to UE5) and caused it to run badly on most platforms unless your specs far exceed the recommended reqs and your internet quality is perfect.

Attack decay was added specifically to prevent spamming combos from occurring and was one of the best updates to the beta creating a fair playing environment.........and the decay feature was just removed, there is no possible reason this was a good decision.

The games netcode is written by a child causing constant freezing on loading screens, lagging, desync an disconnects/crashes. Further, people are facing search timeouts after being disconnected! How this has been allowed for over a week with no acknowledgement from PFG is actually insane.

The perk and currency system has been "improved", yet now requires players to max level 5-6 characters just to afford to unlock 1. The large selection of perks available in the beta have been reduced to a few options, most of which have little to no effect on the game. Previously, players cold earn gold from playing matches. Now what do i get from playing each game? A little experience? Progress on the battlepass? So how are players supposed to unlock new fighters? the obvious solution would be the micro-transactions.

TLDR:
Somehow PFG has nuked the potential this game had by making it worse than the beta, rolling back good beta updates, and showing their greed for micro-transactions.
As someone that couldn't stop talking about this game; who was excitedly waiting for the re-release, this is a huge disappointment, and in its current state, this game will die within the month.
