Great game would advise buying!

House Flipper is an in-depth game about buying houses at a cheap price refurbishing them and selling them on to buy bigger and better projects. Obviously i have not had the most amount of hours but I have played enough to understand the game and have gone through every tool and installation. I have not completed the game however but i am still very much excited to do so.
Personally i would say House flipper for most people would be a game you could play while in some spare time to get away from more competetive gaming, music in the background and just chill while building up houses. I have seen some people complain about it being repetetive and some features not being in the game. But obviously screwing in the same sink in every house you buy is going to get boring after a while. And for the lack of features and maybe a lack of variaty in items i am sure the devs will eventually add more furniture and more features.
Things i would personally add:
- A feature to allow you to actually build the house yourself, kind of like in the sims, which would allow you to add extensions to the house or even buy a empty plot of land and build a house from scratch, either in a sandbox mode or after you have finished all the houses.
- Be able to decorate the garden of the house. It is unfortunate that after you have finished your perfect house you have to still look outside and see either a plain set of grass or overgrown weeds that you cannot do anything about, so i hope the devs to something to change that.
- create custom rooms. I saw someone complain about having to use the same bathroom space which i too found annoying because not having the abilility to add installtions for showers,toilets and sinks is a bit of an issue.

But even without those things House flipper is certainly a great time killer and if you can pick it up at the steam sale cheaper then normal price i would heavily suggest buying it even just to play every so oftern when you are bored.

After playing way to much of this game i have realised me and this game have two things in common, we are both terrible at satisfying people and we both love taking childrens money. 10/10 would scam again
