There's obvious issues here, as the game is in Early Access, but the devs have done an outstanding job building upon the M&B formula. I feel like factions are much more balanced than they were in Warband, while being just as specialized and unique. I wish the Empire factions had a little more flavor separating the three of them besides their leaders and colors. Patches and hotfixes are constantly coming out. Marriages mean something now. You can have babies.

So, if you want to build an empire, or a confederation, or support a nation of your choosing, do so! Build your character and companions however you wish. Take over the map, or get ambushed by an army four times your size and get squashed. It's all up to you.

I mean, it's an absolute classic. Sure, it has its warts, but it's a wonderful game and an incredible story. I can't not recommend KOTOR to anyone who hasn't played it.

So far, I'm pretty blown away. There are moments of sheer terror, genuine fear for your survival, and absolute relief that you made it out alive. Definitely the best $15 I've ever spent on a game and by far the prettiest. Don't forget to look over your shoulder regularly, otherwise you'll end up strung up in a cave for sunday dinner.
