With a quick patch to fix whatever issues this release is having for you (mine was awful audio glitching) (burn in hell Rockstar publishing) this quickly becomes one of the most enjoyable and iconic 3rd person shooters of its era. Rough around the edges, sure, but only ever to severe discredit in the inexplicable platforming moments, which are thankfully few and far between. The team at Remedy cooked up a smooth, satisfying, challenging, and atmospheric as all hell cake here. Not to mention the perfectly pulpy action movie story with homages to all the hallmarks of the genre that Max Payne owes so much to. Worth a pick up, especially when it's on sale that price is a steal.

Obviously in conversation with Vampire Survivors, but wholly fresh and crafts its own identity and gameplay loop divergent from the blueprint that game laid. Addresses pretty much every thing about the genre I tended to dislike, and then brings in even more!! One of the best and most instantly recommendable games I've played in recent memory. So excited to keep playing and see what the devs add in the future :)

Great, quick game. DLC is well worth it. While not necessarily too difficult, it was very invigorating. Good design and very fun.
