Alright let's get the obvious thing out of the way...
The game is Overwatch for free

Now it isn't a complete copy of Overwatch. Although most of the characters are very clearly copies of characters by their Design, Playstyle and Overall abilities and ultimates. Some characters put a little twist on the hero they were based on. For example, Androxus is most probably a Mecree/Reaper combination. Mecree from their weapon and Repear from their design.

I personally love Paladins and think it's pretty fun
My only complaint, but this really has no impact on the gameplay is that there isn't really any character development or storyline for that matter. Character development would be great to make characters more lovable then they already are.
I think it would be cool for the characters but it won't really impact the gameplay very much..
