sometimes you get a game where you are going back and forth with your opponent for all four rounds. sometimes you get a game where you get to make three moves between all four rounds and there is nothing you could have done. pretty decent card game.

also, if you buy this game, you should have someone else to play with, multiplayer is pretty empty 90% of the time.

I may not have a girlfriend, or a job, or a life, or anything else worth staying on this worthless planet for right now, but I do have Sakuya Izayoi here to give me advice and dab for me. To call this game a masterpiece is an understatement. This game is the answer to the question of if games are truly art. This game is a transformative experience that will change your life for the better. This game has opened my eyes to the world and the possibilities it may yet hold. When I first played this game I was 56, balding, sad, and alone. Now I am 18, have long flowing hair down to my chest, happy, and still alone. Sakuya has made life worth living for me. I love her so much, I just want to engage in soft, loving, and consentual sexual intercourse with her. Thank you Sakuya Izayoi for making life worth living.

Early Access Review
Barely into the game and I can already tell it has potential. This game nails the creature collecting gameplay perfectly and improves on other franchises. The combat mechanics work well especially with the stamina mechanic. The sound effects are charming and satisfying.
The biggest selling point of any game like this would be the creatures. The artstyle is very different from Pokemom, but Temtem's creature design has a nice charm to it.
I hate referencing Pokemon because this game has made it's style distinct from Pokemon's. This game certainly appeals to Pokemon fans who want a taste of some of the older games. One key example is the rival, who early on establishes his personality as someone you want to defeat and overcome.

TL:DR: pokemon but better. play it.

- Awkward controls
- Poor model quality
- Simplistic and repetitive gameplay
- Unexplained leveling system
- No way to change controls
+ Has Sakuya

11/10 would play again

(in all seriousness, I had fun with it, but not $14.99 worth the fun)

I havent played much of the game, but from the time I have, heres what I can say:

+ Combat is automatic. Each time enemys enter a room with a charecter in that room (whether part of your team or not) they will fight. You dont have to do much besides move from room to room searching for an exit.

+ The game runs fast. I have two computers, one is brand new and one's a relativly old computer, and I cant run some game on the old one (like TF2). Dungeon of the Endless runs perfectly on both computers.

+ Feels like a actual story (sort of). The story? somthing about a prison ship escape pod. I dont know the story too well, but it feels like it could be a real event because of the detail. theres diferent types of charecters (like prisioners, guards, and natural inhabatants of the dungeon) and they interact diferently inbetween levels. certian charecters even have sub plots amungst themselves. the main story isnt that importiant, but the sub storys are realy interesting and realy tie this game together.

- Some sub storys have negitive effects. The only real flaw I found in single player is that some sub plots have negitive effects. The "clash of two heros" sub plot was the sub plot I found the first time I played. Everything was going fine until *no spoilers* one charecter kill the other. I was confused and was down to only 3 team members. I lost that floor because I lost one of the charecters I had focused upgrading. while it makes the story more realistic, it can screw you over in the last few levels if you didnt know about it.

- Lack of multiplayer matches. This isnt the games fault, but im going to say it anyway. Unless you have 3 friends with their own copy of the game, you wont be able to play multiplayer. public matches do exist, but they are so rare that nobody ever joins. i have only joined 2 multiplayer games, and we never got pased the first floor because someone would leave.
