This game is really underrated to be honest. It's a hard as nails, rouge like, dungeon crawler that takes heavy inspiration from Fallout and the 80s. It's made by the same developer that made Merry Gear Solid so it has the kind of humor you'd expect from Newgrounds and Adult Swim. While it's not really in-depth with it's RPG elements it makes up for it with solid gameplay, great presentation, and lots and lots of charm. If you don't mind a game that's gonna kick your ass then I'd say that this is a great indie game to sink your teeth into.
